So no! You don't become a second-hand specialist with a snap of your fingers! It takes patience, know-how, dedication, high standards, and above all, the will to change our consumption habits. On our part, every new product that passes through our hands, especially in our workshop, which is specially designed for the maintenance of baby equipment, is examined. A reconditioning process is then introduced, and specific control points for the product are established so that it meets all your expectations and is perfectly suited for your mini 👷🏻♂️
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1) We buy used products from individuals or specialized companies.
2) In our workshop, we carry out a technical diagnosis of the product.
3) We replace parts that do not pass our testing process to create a perfectly, fully functional product.
4) We wash textiles with an unscented and hypoallergenic detergent suitable for babies.
5) At the end of the cycle, we disinfect all elements with dry steam (disinfection is regularly validated by an analysis laboratory).
6) At the end, a quality control with about fifteen checkpoints is carried out to ensure optimal use.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:
The products have a 12-month warranty.
WASHING :
Special detergent is used for machine washing textiles: Everything is natural and odorless.
LUBRICATE :
We use a vegetable grease without waste products: Végé Matolub.
DISINFECT:
We clean the textiles and all elements with dry steam before packaging => this uses very little water and guarantees you a perfectly hygienic product at the end of the cycle.
CHECK QUALITY:
At the end of the cycle, we check that the entire process is perfect. Our great team has established high-quality tracking worthy of work in large corporations.
MEDICAL LABORATORY :
We regularly have our disinfection process tested by a laboratory to provide our customers with a zero-risk guarantee.
